Each gorgeous hand-crafted accessory is created from start to finish by us in our studio from the highest quality materials.

Every piece is created with a huge amount of love, great skill, patience and attention to detail.

Because every design is individually made to order, minor variations to the images you see in our online shop may occur. Colours may be represented differently on your device screen & bead colours may vary slightly.

If you are unsure about anything, please email us with any questions prior to placing your order.

Shipping options are available at checkout. Please allow time for your order to be made as well as time for shipping. Overseas Enquiries please contact us directly for a Shipping quote.

 All pieces are made to order and will usually ship within 2 -3 weeks of payment received if none or only minor custom changes are required.

For lead time for bespoke orders please contact us.

Please contact us to see if we can rush an order for you. A rush order may be available for a fee, subject to scheduling and availability of supplies.

 Shipping times exclude the time needed to create your order.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages which are delayed or lost in the mail. Overseas Customers - Please note that you are responsible for any import tax and duties.

Returns & Refunds

If the item has been ordered from the collection (without custom changes) please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. We will send you the details and a return form. Returns must be sent tracked & insured and in the original packaging.

Please be aware many of our pieces are very delicate - any damaged or worn items can not be accepted for a refund.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or bespoke orders once they have been made and shipped.

If the item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed.
